8L90 Valve Body

Our 8L90E Valve Body is expertly remanufactured to restore your transmission to peak performance. Each unit is carefully rebuilt with upgraded components and fully tested to ensure smooth, reliable shifts. The valve body is engineered to meet OEM specifications, providing excellent durability and performance for all GM vehicles.

Note: This valve body does NOT come with the Start/Stop Accumulator. Please use your old one, or feel free to buy one separately.

Variations:

The 8L90E comes with Four important variations.

Start/Non-Start vehicles also have different valve bodies than vehicles that are Go/No-Go. The Start/Non-Start variation will have extra balls in slot #20 and #3 instead of being blocked, or an additional hole to supply pressure to the 12345R clutch from the auxiliary fluid accumulator assembly; See the photos on the left to help in identification.

There is also the 2015-2017 Single Notch version, versus the updated 2018+ Double Notch version that both have different internal components, thickness, and 1-2-7-8-reverse return spring. The year of your vehicle should suffice in telling us which version.

These variations are NOT interchangeable with one another.

2015+: Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra (1500 series).

2015-2017: GMC Yukon, Denali.

2015-2020: Chevrolet Tahoe, Suburban, Cadillac Escalade.

2016-2018: Chevrolet Camaro SS.

2015-2019: Chevrolet Corvette.

2017+: Chevrolet Express Vans.
