Our tech support service is good for two phone calls to assist you with your transmission, valve body and other auto needs. Our Technical support service will connect you with Fabian who has more than 45 years of automotive repair experience and specializes in transmission/valve body work.
This Program was developed with the consumer in mind, we receive 100's of calls a month by customers asking questions about their transmissions and parts that they would like to purchase but are not 100% sure if this is going to fix their transmission issues. This is a very common and frustrating issue for the consumers, and our technical support is a positive approach to making a good decision, minimizing costs, time and guess work with your Transmission.
In other words, quit throwing parts and money at the transmission and diagnose it right the first time
1) Fill out the Technical Support Worksheet completely, click to watch video for instructions.
2) Make sure to write a detailed explanation of the Drivability problems.
3) Pay the $100 fee.
Once we receive your technical support sheet, we will respond within 24-48 hours with a solution, or we might have to call you for more information needed to diagnose correctly.
Note: If after the Technical advice is given and you purchase one of our products, the fees that you paid for the technical advice will be credited ($50) toward the purchase.
