Refund policy
Core Charge Policy:
Core charge deposit policy of 100$ or 400$ applies to each valve body purchased. All cores must be returned within the 15th day of the purchase date to receive credit. Cores purchased and sent outside of the United States are subject to a non-refundable 100$ to 400$ core charge. The core charge is credited against the invoice and refunded either by credit/debit. No cash refunds, Sunbelt reserves the right to review each returned unit for accuracy in type and model of the core. All cores must be in original condition with removable solenoids and switches attached to the core.
All cores must be returned complete with solenoids, brackets and switches attached to core.
In-transit damage is not the responsibility of sunbelt valve body builders. cores must be package to specifications described below. All cores must be returned within 15 days of date of internet purchase to receive credit. cores receive after the 15th day are subject to account credit only or a 50% of core return value. Credit will be issued up to 30 days after sunbelt receives returned valve body and determines accuracy and condition.
**CRITICAL CORE CHARGE** CORES DEEMED AS CRITICAL CORES ARE SUBJECT TO HIGHER CORE CHARGE.
Core Return Procedure:
Please include the original sunbelt valve body builders mailing sheet in the return box, drain as much oil as possible, wrap in absorbent material and place in an air tight plastic liner before boxing. for certain units, place in the preformed packing insert that the original unit was shipped with. for other units, please us packing material (such as bubble wrap or high density foam) and pack tightly. (do not use paper as packing material)
Call or take your package to a carrier facility of your choice, then send the package to our address at 3113 N Florida Ave, Tampa FL, 33612.
**NOTE** Duct tape is not acceptable as securing tape and the packaging could come open in transit, damaging the core and voiding the core return refund. Sunbelt Valve Body Builders reserves the right to refuse credit on a core return for any reason or conditions deemed unacceptable.
