JF015E Front Planetary Gear

Our used and refurbished JF015E Front Planetary Gear Assembly is a critical part of the transmission's auxiliary planetary geartrain, working alongside the high clutch drum, sun gear, and ring gear to provide the mechanical gear reduction needed for proper forward and reverse operation. Unlike conventional CVTs, the JF015E uses a Ravigneaux-style planetary gearset to provide additional gear ratios alongside its variable pulley system.

The front planetary assembly helps manage torque distribution and gear reduction during transmission operation. Its six-pinion configuration distributes mechanical loads across multiple gears, supporting consistent power transfer and reliable operation.
